1.3 How do I create an account?
You can register using the Sign‑Up option on the homepage. After submitting your details, you will receive a verification email to activate your account.
1.4 What should I do if I forget my password?
Click on “Forgot Password” on the login page, enter your email, and follow the instructions to reset your password.
1.5 Which devices can I use for online training?
The LMS supports all modern devices—computers, tablets, and smartphones—using any standard, up‑to‑date web browser.
2.1 How do I enroll in a course?
After logging in, browse available courses and click Enroll or Add to Cart (depending on course type). Follow the steps until your enrollment is confirmed.
2.2 Can I access the course anytime?
Yes. Courses are available 24/7, and you may study at your own pace unless the course mentions a specific deadline.
2.3 Will I receive a certificate after completing the course?
Yes. A downloadable certificate will appear automatically in your Profile → Certificates tab once you pass all required assessments.

2.5 Can I retake quizzes or exams?
Most courses allow multiple attempts unless specified otherwise. Your LMS dashboard will indicate if retakes are permitted.

Yes. Corporate clients receive access to an Admin Dashboard, where training progress, scores, completion rates, and compliance reports can be viewed or exported.
3.2 Can companies upload their own training materials?
Yes. Admins can upload PDFs, videos, presentations, SCORM modules, and custom assessments for internal training.
3.3 Does the LMS support SCORM or AICC content?
Yes. The LMS supports standard e-learning formats including SCORM, AICC, and video‑based training.

Yes. All materials are protected and may not be copied, downloaded, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission.

The LMS reserves the right to suspend or permanently deactivate the user’s account without refund in cases of misuse, cheating, or unauthorized distribution.
